A development loan has been agreed which will allow work to begin on 90 new homes at Coombe Cross.
Inspired Asset Management has secured £19.1million of funding from Henley Investments in a 24-month deal.
It means Inspired will start work on its fourth office to resi conversion in Croydon, with Coombe Cross being developed in a joint venture with Grosvenor Square Properties. More than half of the units have been pre-sold.
Martin Skinner, chief executive of Inspired Asset Management, said: “It will see the continuation of our micro-apartment model providing much-needed high quality homes.”
This is the second deal Inspired has secured with Henley following a 16.65m finance agreement for a project in Sutton.
