MyPT Studio is launching a new concept gym as it continues to expand in Croydon.
MyPT The Gym, will be based at Sunley House and is the company’s next step to help local Croydon businesses and residents live their ideal life and achieve greater health, wellness and productivity.
Tom Riddick, Managing Director, MyPT said: “We recognise that most gym members struggle knowing what to do when they go to the gym, soon lose motivation, become bored of their routine and stop. Members will receive a custom designed Training Programme, accessed 24/7 via a mobile app and will receive monthly meal plans, shopping lists and recipes. This will come complete with luxury changing rooms and male and female saunas; state-of-the-art cardio, weights and functional zones; towel service and more.
