Cllr Alison Butler, Deputy Leader for London Borough of Croydon, opened CCHA’s first sole shared ownership development on 13th June.
Caraway Court in New Addington has nine apartments with a mix of 1,2 and 3 bedrooms and has the first tenants moving in on Friday.
Deputy Leader of the Council, Councillor Alison Butler said “as a council, we particularly value our partnerships with Housing Associations such as CCHA – A community housing provider with strong values and who have continued to develop housing to meet the needs of our residents.”
Tracy Cullen, Chief executive of CCHA said “it’s an exciting prospect to build high quality apartments in New Addington, giving local residents an opportunity to get on the property ladder. We’re particularly excited about Caraway Court as it’s our first sole shared ownership development.”
