Tropic Skincare, co-owned by Susie Ma and Sir Alan Sugar, has let 25,000 sq ft of warehouse space on Beddington Lane, as the multi award‐winning ethical beauty company expands in Croydon.

Susie Ma said of the letting: “We’re delighted to be upgrading Tropic’s Surrey Beauty Kitchen to
accommodate our growing team and production. I’m looking forward to seeing what the future
holds at our new HQ.”
