Designer homes targeted at residents seeking a metropolitan lifestyle are being brought to the market later this month.
Real estate specialists 1st avenue are launching south London’s latest luxury homes – known as The Quarters Croydon – at Jury’s Inn on Saturday, October 31 (noon to 7pm).
The Bravo Group is in the process of transforming the former St Anne’s House, which was previously used at offices by the Home Office, into 100,000 sq ft of residential accommodation.

Billed as the epitome of contemporary living, the upper floors are now being marketed for sale with the developers saying its 46 stunning new one and two bedroom apartments are being finished to the highest specifications.
With a start price of £300,000, the 40 one and two bedroom apartments occupying floors seven to 11, while the six two-bedroom penthouse apartments on the top 12th floor will also be marketed at the event.
Situated in the heart of Croydon’s regeneration area, the accommodation is in a prime location as it will have the convenience of London’s third Westfield on its doorstep when the new £1billion shopping and leisure complex, being delivered in partnership with Hammerson, is completed in 2020.

The development is the latest part of Croydon’s £5.25bn regeneration programme which will see 8,359 homes built in the town centre over the next 15 years.
