Croydon-based estate agents Streets Ahead have taken three top honours at the UK’s most prestigious property awards.
The Streets Ahead team beat nationwide competition to win Gold and Bronze awards, while their Land & New Homes Director, Patrick Donnelly, was shortlisted for Manager of the Year at The Sunday Times and The Times Estate Agency of the Year event in the Lancaster London Hotel (Dec 4th).
"This was a brilliant achievement by our team and a fantastic way to end the year," said Streets Ahead director Gary O’Hare, who was joined by Coulsdon branch manager Gemma Fenwick as they received their gold award from former rugby international Matt Dawson.

Streets Ahead received the gold award in the customer service category, bronze in the Innovation category, and bronze in the training and development category at the glittering awards, which were compered by renowned journalist, author and newsreader Penny Smith.
The Sunday Times and The Times Estate Agency of the Year awards, now in their 13th year as a dedicated competition, are widely recognised as the most prestigious and difficult to win in the UK. They attract entries from more than 6,000 estate agency offices around Britain.
The winners were decided following a rigorous and thorough judging process by a panel of 20 industry experts who assessed initial entry submissions before conducting an extensive review of the entrants. This included more than 150 hours of telephone interviews and independent mystery shopping exercises.
The whole of the judging process was overseen by the property ombudsman Christopher Hamer. Gerry Fitzjohn, vice president of the property ombudsman acted as arbiter.
