Matthew Hamilton has been Director of the South London Partnership (SLP) since January 2023 and provides sub regional leadership to growth, employment and connectivity priorities for the SLP boroughs including the recent launch of ‘Big Ambition’, South Londons vision for growth . He has previously worked in local government, at the Local Government Association (LGA), where he oversaw the delivery of the LGA’s £20 million improvement programme. Matthew has also led membership organisations for district councils and universities delivering nursing and AHP education.
