Charles Twist is an Asset Manager at Schroders Capital and manages a portfolio of properties across London and the Southeast. He joined Schroders Capital in 2022 and has previously held roles at Deloitte and Gerald Eve, where he was advising private and institutional investors on a wide range of real estate transactions. Charles’ responsibilities also include overseeing the asset management strategy of AMP House and the Ruskin Square Estate.
Qualifications: MRICS from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; MSc in Commercial Property Management (MSc) from Liverpool John Moores University; BA(Hons) in Business from Durham University.
