With half of the apartments sold in the first 18 months, the launch of penthouses at Morello in Croydon is cause for a double celebration.
The apartment scheme on Cherry Orchard Road, is a joint initiative between Redrow and regeneration specialists Menta, operating under the banner of Menta Redrow.
Morello, adjacent to East Croydon Station, which is just 15 minutes from Central London, forms part of a wider £3 billion regeneration scheme to revitalise the borough of Croydon.
The first properties at Morello were released for sale in spring 2014 and have proved popular with buyers and now, penthouses at the development have been released for sale.
There will be eight two-bedroom top floor apartments in total, all boasting a superb specification as standard.

Along with the one, two and three-bedroom apartments there will also be a residents’ gym, enabling homeowners to work out close to home.
Somewhat unusually for an apartment scheme, more than half of the site will be dedicated to gardens, landscaping and public realm improvements, giving residents the opportunity to make the most of the outside space.
The development aims to achieve Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes and has a low emissions strategy.
Located just three minutes’ walk to East Croydon station, Morello is ideal for commuters with trains reaching London Victoria or London Bridge in 15 minutes.
