Initial plans for three sites, and 100 homes in Purley have been revealed.
A pre-application for sites in Whytecliffe Road South will be discussed by Croydon Council’s planning committee.
It is the first development put forward by real estate company RAA Ventures, which also plans to develop two more sites in the area, subject to another planning application.
Proposals currently include a three and five-storey building of 34 flats with a communal garden and play area and, closer to the station there would be a split-level building – partly five storeys and partly nine storeys, offering 99 flats.
The development would replace current housing in the area.
