Ruskin Square is to be one of 13 regional centres for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, it has been confirmed.
HMRC has confirmed a deal to take the first 184,000 sq ft offices currently being constructed by Stanhope and Schroders.
It also has an option to take a similar amount of space in a second building on the site.
The announcement is a major coup for Croydon as it looks to attract inward investment to the town.
