Body Shop has let the remaining space at the recently-refurbished Citylink offices in Croydon.
A seven-year lease has been signed at a rent of £22 per sq ft, further underlining the attractions of Croydon to previous central London occupiers.
Picton recently completed a substantial refurbishment of Citylink, having identified an opportunity to create high quality offices that could be easily adapted to suit a variety of uses for businesses requiring excellent access to central London.
Body Shop follows the letting to professional services firm BPP, which set up a training and education centre last year.
The Grade A office building is situated directly opposite East Croydon station, which provides fast and frequent services to Victoria, London Bridge and Gatwick
