Ampere Place, located in the heart of New Addington is CCHA’s latest housing development for shared ownership.

Local residents have approved of the plans with many commenting on the scheme on the popular ‘New Addington Path Finders’ Facebook page which is home to over 12,000 members. A local resident, Anthony Edwards stated: “I’m putting my name down on the list ASAP, I’m grateful for what they’re doing here”
Ampere Place, which is due to complete by the end of the year will provide nine new homes to support the ever-growing housing needs of the community in Croydon.
