The Millet’s Corner site in Croydon’s Central Conservation Area has been given planning permission for a mixed-use development.
The project, designed by Stitch Architects, will deliver 18 bed-spaces within three self-contained HMOs over the three upper floors of the building and will include the refurbishment of the retail unit into three independent units.
