R&F Properties will share their vision for Queen’s Square at two public consultation events next month.
Their plans for phase two of the development include: a new town square outside Croydon Town Hall; new commercial units, a mix of creative spaces for use by local businesses; new space for the community; new jobs and homes; and bringing the listed Segas House back to life.
The public will be able to have their say and learn more at two events at TMRW, 75-77 High Street, Croydon – on Saturday, November 3, from 10am to 2pm and Tuesday, November 6, from 4pm to 8pm.
Chinese developer R&F purchased the site last year and have already begun work on phase one of the development – the conversion and extension of St George’s House (the former Nestle Tower) into 290 flats.
